If you want cancel a particular order you had to cancel within 24 hours of placing the order.

Refund Policy

In case your order has already been shipped, it will only be eligible for replacement or refund if found damaged or unfit for consumption. If you found the products are damaged you. If you found the product damage you raise your complaint to info@rakkaudella.in or call to 8921385817 our customer service will audit your complaint and will refunded within 7 working days if your complaint found genuine.

Shipping Policy

Currently our shipping is only limited within India. Once you place the order we will make the shipment within 48 hours Monday – friday. We ship the product through our delivery partner. If your location is not under the delivery agencies service we will ship it through India Post which have service in every part of India. We cost ₹50 for every order under ₹500. Once the item is shipped you will provide a tracking Number for tracking of the product. Usually the delivery take place within 7 – 10 working days however we are not liable for any delay caused by the delivery agencies. We are also not responsible for the return of product by the delivery partner due to your absence at the location of address you provide for delivery. No refund will initiated for such case.
